As we are about to start a new year, the talk about COVID-19 continues to buzz around us. I’m sure, like me, you’re a little sick of listening to the gloomy news, the media hype, and the ongoing ever changing rules and restrictions.
As much as we might not like it, it’s fair to say we don’t have a choice at this stage, so let’s take five minutes to relax, be in the present, and practice our positive psychology tools.
